LIST OF GROCERIES / INGREDIENTS- DEADLINE JULY 7TH
We are making every effort to get stores to help provide some of the ingredients. If you would like to help provide ingredients for the meal, the list follows. We will have to do a planned, coordinated effort on this, so please also contact us. If you prefer, you can make a donation and we'll shop.
WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 20 VOLUNTEERS

15 people to serve the meal
The same 15 people to give out gifts at the end of the meal
5 PEOPLE who are well-organized and willing to cook!

WE ALSO NEED A GUITAR OR PIANO PLAYER, SINGER!
The quantities and portion sizes have been verified at Ministry with Community. With it being a special weekend meal, we are expecting a big turnout! We plan to feed at least 270 individuals (including the 20 volunteers). Here's the menu:
