LIST OF GROCERIES / INGREDIENTS- DEADLINE JULY 7th, 2011
We are making every effort to get stores to help provide some of the ingredients. If you would like to help provide ingredients for the meal, the list follows. We will have to do a planned, coordinated effort on this, so please also contact us.

If you prefer, you can make a donation and we'll shop.

WE NEED 20 VOLUNTEERS FOR JULY 17, 2011! People to Bake cookies on Saturday, July 16 People to prep food and cook beginning at 9am July 17 People to serve the meal People to give out gifts Beginning 12:30pm July 17 Please contact us if you are willing and able! HELP WITH GIFT BAGS WE ALSO NEED A GUITAR OR PIANO PLAYER, SINGER!

The quantities and portion sizes have been verified at Ministry with Community. With it being a special weekend meal, we expect a big turnout! We plan to feed 300 people (including the 20 volunteers). Here's the menu: BBQ Bacon-Topped Meatloaf (27) Green Bean Casserole (300 servings) Chunky Cheese Potatoes (300 serv.)
